Daniel, Head Coach at F45 Training Oldsmar, holds degrees in Physical Activity and Exercise Science. He specializes in biomechanics, helping athletes and everyday clients move better, get stronger, and reach their full potential through science-based, results-driven training.
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Health from Auburn University and a master’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Biomechanics. With years of hands-on experience, he works with collegiate and professional athletes, as well as individuals looking to improve their overall fitness and health.
Daniel’s coaching philosophy is rooted in performance optimization, proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, fat loss, and functional training. His goal is to help every client move better, feel stronger, and reach their highest potential.
He currently serves as the Head Coach at F45 Training Oldsmar, leading both group and individual sessions. Through science-based programming and efficient 45-minute workouts, Daniel creates an environment where people of all fitness levels can thrive.
