Kahlil Daley
Coach Kahlil Daley, a Tampa native with over 19 years of coaching experience, joins the Tampa Bay Titans as an Assistant Coach. Known for leading multiple championship teams at the high school and collegiate levels, he brings a proven track record, deep community roots, and a passion for player development to the Titans.
Coach Kahlil Daley serves as an Assistant Coach for the Tampa Bay Titans, bringing over 19 years of diverse and impactful coaching experience. A proud Tampa native, Coach Daley attended Chamberlain High School, where he later began his coaching career as the Assistant Coach for the boys’ basketball program. During his tenure, the team captured three consecutive District Championships (2010–2013).
He went on to become the Head Coach for the girls’ basketball program at Chamberlain, where he led the team to its first District Championship in 27 years (2017–2018). Under his leadership, the program rose to become one of the top five teams in the county for multiple seasons, making several State Playoff appearances (2017–2021). His success earned him back-to-back Coach of the Year honors in 2018 and 2019.
Coach Daley then transitioned to the collegiate level, spending three seasons at Indian River State College as the Women’s Associate Head Coach. While there, he played a key role in earning national rankings each season and helped secure the program’s first Conference Championship in 12 years (2023). His efforts also contributed to two NJCAA Region 8 Final Four appearances and one Championship Runner-Up finish.
Most recently, he joined St. Petersburg College as the Women’s Associate Head Coach, continuing to elevate athletes and programs alike. Coach Daley aspires to one day coach professionally overseas.
With a strong track record of success, deep roots in Tampa, and a passion for player development, Coach Daley is thrilled to join the Tampa Bay Titans. He looks forward to bringing his leadership, experience, and championship mindset to the team.
